Thank You for Gardening to Support CHW!

Alex, who supports CHW by doing gardening.

We want to say a big thank you to Alex, who does gardening to fundraise for Children’s Helpers Worldwide (CHW). Alex does gardening work in her free time and then donates the money she raises through this to CHW’s projects. Her most recent donations are going towards our current appeals – to sponsor a carer to work at Casa Mea, a children’s home in Romania, and to extend and repair the playground at New Life, an orphanage and school in Ghana. The funds raised from Alex’s gardening have supported many other projects in the past, and you can see all the photos below. We are incredibly grateful for Alex’s time, effort and support. Thank you, Alex, for making a big difference in the lives of so many children!

Funding for the running costs of the education centre, run by the Atelier Sacelean Association in Romania, to make sure it could stay open.

Support for a music therapy project, run by Talleres Apadro in Argentina, for poor children, with mental and behavioural disabilities.

Sponsorship for a tutoring programme, run by FAST in Romania, for eleven siblings, living in poverty, who lost their father, Sorin, to cancer.
